The main reason our system may not be able to detect your vehicle could be:

  • It is 25 Years of age or over.
  • Your car was imported (Not originally registered in the UK)
  • Your have a commercial vehicle or van.

Usually all payment are clear inside your account within a few minutes. Our drivers don't take the vehicles until the funds have been cleared inside your account. Rarely depending on your bank and the account the funds may take up to a day to clear. 
In this case we would send you an email confirmation state we have purchased the car and the funds will be clear in your account by the next morning.

  • Photo Driving License or Passport (Matching address on  V5 Logbook)

Any finance outstanding on the car a settlement letter must be supplied stating the settlement figure and validity so we can clear.

Unfortunately, we will not take responsibility for your private registration, we recommend that you retain your registration first, then come back to us and we will be happy to purchase your car.

Yes, we will clear the remaining finance for you within 5 working days of us purchasing the car.

Unfortunately if the car is safe to drive on the road we are unable to purchase the car.

Yes, we can collect your car from your home or work address on the day that is suitable for you. (availability applies)
